The victim told police that Andie Paige Rosafort asked him for his address, picked him up in her SUV, drove a short distance before having sexual contact. His dad quickly informed school officials and cops.
A 31-year-old former lunch lady allegedly initiated contact with a teen through Instagram and Snapchat for about six months, before beginning sending explicit images, according to an affidavit filed against her.
She sent him photos of herself without clothes
Andie rosafort, a school lunch aide from New Fairfield was arrested on February 17 after police allege she sent nude photos to 14-year-old victim, as well as nude videos filmed at sports games by Andie and then sent over. A police affidavit states she also filming him to send over videos for future viewing.
One student at the school reported suspicious messages between a boy and Rosafort, whom is accused of engaging in sexual relationships with him. Police then conducted an analysis on his phone and determined Rosafort had sent inappropriate images as well as asked for them back from him in exchange.
On January 13, he told investigators, she picked him up from a party held at his friend’s home and engaged in “contact of a sexual nature” inside her SUV before sending him naked photos and videos.

Apparently, Andie Rosafort, 31, who worked as a cafeteria aide at New Fairfield Middle School had been communicating with him via social media, sending sexually explicit photos and videos. When they met in person he claimed that Rosafort asked for his address before picking him up in her SUV for an encounter where sexual contact took place in their vehicle before feeling uncomfortable exiting and returning back to his house party; later helping his friends block Rosafort on social media platforms.
Kenneth Craw, New Fairfield school superintendent issued the statement below regarding Rosafort’s interaction. As soon as his son learned of it he informed school officials and police. A warrant for Rosafort’s arrest was issued on February 17 and she turned herself in shortly afterwards; she is charged with inducing minors to use a computer and second-degree sexual assault.

Parent of the alleged victim informed school officials of her son’s communication with Andie Rosafort from District Team 6 which may have been sexual in nature, which police later confirmed by finding several screen recordings and explicit videos on his phone. She has since resigned her position with District Team 6.
The alleged victim reported they had been exchanging social media messages for some time, until September 2022, when she sent him an explicit image and began asking him for sexual videos in return. Her statements can be found here in an affidavit filed in response.

A 31-year-old New Fairfield, Connecticut woman has been charged with sexual assault after sending unwanted photos of her private parts via Snapchat to a 14-year-old boy. According to reports by her victim, she invited him over for coffee or pickup in an SUV and engaged in sexual contact. Police are currently conducting an investigation.
State police believe Rosafort communicated with their victim through private messages for several months prior to initiating an investigation, following a parent informing them their child had left a party and met an adult female they suspected was for sexual purposes – tentatively identified Rosafort as this adult woman before promptly informing school authorities.
Rosafort began communicating with him online while he was still in eighth grade and their conversations gradually turned sexual in September 2022 when she sent an explicit image to him. Rosafort now faces three felony charges of second-degree sexual assault and inducing minors to engage in sexual activity.
